If recent posts are true, Jordan's Way LLC has "raised" about $5 million doing its fundraisers in the past couple of years. That means Jordan's Way LLC, a FOR PROFIT company, has pocketed OVER ONE MILLION DOLLARS from generous donors who wanted to help shelter pets.

That's right.... Jordan's Way LLC has pulled over a million dollars from the shelters and rescues that it purports to help.... just like Krissy complains about in this post. 25% of each fundraiser is paid to the for profit company Jordan's Way LLC, not a charity.

As per usual, Jordan's Way blurs the line between the "charity" and the for profit LLC with this posting. The "charity" with a board that was last known to consist of Kris Rotonda and his father. The "charity" that takes in donations outside of the tour fundraisers and spends those donations on..............?

Jordan's Way Employee Reports Not Getting Paid

Please consider helping Kelly Alexander, who per the GoFundMe page, got ripped off for her last three paychecks by Jordan's Way. Even worse, Ms. Alexander is disabled due to illness.

Considering Jordan's Way LLC collects a whopping 25% from each fundraiser they do, there should be plenty of money to pay Ms. Alexander for the work she did to help Jordan's Way pocket that money. Disgusting.

Once upon a time, Greg Edwards, a "business partner" of Kris Rotonda/Jordan's Way, came on our page to tell us all about how we're soooooo wrong about Krissy and his heart of gold. Eh, well.........

PS: It's kind of funny that anyone ever thought Krissy cares about disabled people considering he tried to exploit his own disabled daughter to get on the Ellen DeGeneres show.

Let's do the math on just one of these fundraisers.

-Shelter pays $250 up front

-Shelter provides all supplies (hot dogs, whipped cream, etc.)

-Shelter "builds the momentum" for the fundraiser (using their existing donor base)

-Jordan's Way LLC conducts a 3-4 hour Facebook live and collects 25% of all donations brought in from the time the fundraiser is posted to 48 hours after the live fundraiser ends, whether those donations are made through Facebook or otherwise

-Estimated $12,000 in donations

Estimated $2,843 to Jordan's Way LLC (the FOR PROFIT entity) for ~6 hours of work (we're tossing in a generous 2 hours to account for prep/travel time since they normally do 3-4+ of these fundraisers in one state at a time). ~$473 an hour. Now, let's take into account that they do 3-4+ fundraisers in one state at a time. Seems like that travel should be more than covered.

Also, again, as of its last reporting, Jordan's Way "Charities" did not have a valid board of directors. The board consisted of Kris Rotonda and his father. Where are the donations going? What board is deciding how donations should be spent? What respectable charity supports a FOR PROFIT entity? Even better.... what respectable charity supports a FOR PROFIT entity that is run by one of its "board members"(Kris Rotonda)?

A lot of men email/message this page to defend Krissy.... a coincidence?

You see, in 2017, Kris's then wife reported some "strange" activity to the Pinellas County Sheriff. The report includes 34 pages of emails with multiple men and ads that are sugarbaby or escort related.... seemingly linked to Kris's phone number and email addresses.

In this exchange with "Michael", Kris asks for money and claims his mother had a stroke and ultimately, died. Kind of surprising because his mother seems to be active on social media and donates to Jordan's Way fundraisers.

Jordan's Way Tour is NOT a nonprofit

 "Jordan's Way is a non profit organization that travels throughout the United States holding Facebook Live Fundraisers at underfunded animal shelters across the US to benefit the animals in their care"

But.... here is an invoice payable to Jordan's Way LLC, a for profit business, for a Facebook live fundraiser conducted on the "Tour." Over $4,000 paid (including the $250 deposit) to a for profit business for just one of these fundraisers. Yet, on Facebook, Jordan's Way implies that the tours are conducted as part of the "charity", makes no mention of the $250+25%, and is COLLECTING DONATIONS.

Even worse, this participant reported that Jordan's Way demanded to be paid 25% of the credit (discount) they received toward medical care, which was "donated" by their veterinarians during the fundraiser.... meaning the shelter had to pay Jordan's Way CASH for a discount credit they received.

Kris Rotonda doesn't give a damn about shelter dogs

 Some people were a little salty about the Doodle mutt ultrasound post on the Jordan's Way page because it promotes dog breeding.

Hello, people?! Do you really think Kris Rotonda gives a damn about shelter dogs?! Jordan, who allegedly came from a horrible situation in a shelter (more on that later), had purebred dog siblings and was followed by DOODLES, including Kris trying to give away a GoldenDoodle to Trump. He was just so moved by Jordan's "sad" shelter dog story that he had to come up with a list of purebred dogs to give to Trump?

Shelters and Rescues block our page because they don't want to be honest about Jordan's Way

 Why are people blocked from the Jordan's Way page or from the shelter/rescue pages for asking about the 25% that Jordan's Way LLC, a for profit business, takes from the fundraisers?

Rescues/shelters, we know why Kris Rotonda doesn't want to be honest about the 25%, but what's your excuse? There are actually states that REQUIRE charities to disclose this kind of payment to potential donors when they ask.

Do better if you decide to make a deal with this snake. Shame on you for allowing the misleading "all donations go directly to the shelter/rescue" statement to be used when you know darn well 25% of each dollar donated is coming right back out and into the pocket of a for profit business.

You may ask.... how do we know that? Well, the Jordan's Way page went down not too long ago and continued conducting fundraisers that did just as well as when the Jordan's Way page was up and functioning.

In the meantime, these shelters/rescues are advertising Jordan's Way, a for profit business, as though it's just a nice guy donating his time to host an event for their shelter. Then their donors can head over to the Jordan's Way page where it lists itself as a "charity" where they can join the $1 a month club.... where the donations go to..... ?
